The problem
Pump life tests drag whole machines through thousands of water cycles, one bench per sample; flow decay and head loss are judged by eye; ten pumps at once means nobody can keep up with filling and draining, and seasonal water temperatures make the data impossible to compare.
Capability
Ten-station pump life bench for endurance tests of floor washer pumps. Ten samples fixed on the bench are mirrored front and rear, each station with its own flow meter showing live flow. 12000 cycles settable, run time 10-999min and stop time 0-9999min per cycle. Two stacked SUS304 tanks keep supply and return separate, water heated from room temperature to 80C with thermostatic control, mains water filtered and easy to service; 1-inch gate valves feed each station, returns enter 200mm above the inlets to keep circulation stable; every outlet has an on-off valve for lock-rotor pressure tests; per-station delivery head 0-15m (0.15MPa), G1-inch rubber connection. Per-station power, voltage and current monitoring; DC 0-24V variable supply, 2kW total; tank level alarms, automatic refill and drain valve; PLC plus control panel for automatic or manual operation with cycle and time monitoring. Rated pump power 100W, maximum 2000W including heater.
