The problem
Door frames are wrapped by hand - tens of pieces an hour with uneven film tension and ragged cuts, so scratches in transit mean rework; changing rolls, rewinding waste film and switching frame sizes keep operators tied up all day.
Capability
PE film laminating and cutting machine for 500x600x60mm metal door frames (security, fire-rated and profile frames), laminating and sealing in one pass. Process: load on the infeed table - film unwinds from the roll - rubber roller laminates - photo eye positions the frame - sealing knife cuts to length - outfeed conveyor delivers, waste film rewound automatically. Capacity 5-20 seconds per piece (about 180-720 pieces per hour). Height handwheel and opening triangle plate adapt to different frame sizes; film fixing device keeps tension constant so the film lies flat without wrinkles. Mitsubishi FX3U-40MR PLC with FX3U-8A/D and FX3U-8D/A modules, industrial PC with 528-point software and HMI for film length, temperature and cycle setting; VFD driven conveyor; Schneider DC24V control supply. E-stop, guard, beacon and earthing. Aluminium profile frame with 304 stainless cladding in off-white paint; four DN15 manual valves included. Air 0.5MPa customer side, AC220V 50Hz.
