The problem
Cooker cocks need thousands of press-rotate-ignite cycles before certification; hand testing cannot count reliably, every valve size means new fixtures, and a jammed or over-torque valve keeps being cycled so the data is worthless.

Endurance test system for domestic gas appliance cocks built to GB 16410-2007 cl.5.2.11 table 6 and cl.6.16.1 plus CJ/T 393-2012, covering CNCA-C24-01:2019 annex 5.2.11. Rotation 0-360deg adjustable, press stroke 5-10mm, interval 1-99.9s, five stations as standard and expandable. Fixtures adjust to valve mounting size, stroke and angle and mimic the human hand so no artificial damage is introduced; cycle count 1-999999 preset, action and dwell times settable, several working modes; the rig stops automatically with an alarm when torque exceeds the limit or the valve fails to reach position; parameters kept through power loss. Chinese software with animated press-rotate-ignite display listing temperature, cycles, single-cycle time and rotation angle. Networkable with thermocouple valve and valve-body endurance rigs for a complete valve laboratory.
