The problem
Coffee machine life tests need an operator to press the switch, fill water and empty the jug for every sample; press force and rhythm differ each time so handle strength data cannot be compared, and a dry boil or leak at night is only found the next morning.
Capability
Combined endurance and handle strength machine (1220x600x1726mm) for pressure, capsule, pump and tank type coffee machines. One automatic cycle: metered fill - robotic finger presses the switch - power on heating - hold - solenoid drain plus vacuum suction - fan cooling - count. Two independent stations, a station is cut off when its sample finishes or faults. Electrical readout 10-250V, 0-20A, 0.1-4000W, all plus or minus 1 percent; fill 0.5-9.9L (0.01L); drain 1-9999.9s; hold 1-9999999s; heating 1-9999.9s; drain counts 1-999999; cycle counts 1-999999; settings kept after power off. Audible and visual alarm on any out-of-limit value; data displayed and stored. Aluminium profile frame with waterproof bench top, pneumatic clamps, sockets, lamps and cooling fans per station; water circuit with solenoid valves, flow sensor and filter. AC220V 50Hz, air supply 0.5MPa from customer side.
