The problem
Boilers leave the line after a lamp check only - nobody knows whether power draw and gas consumption in hot-water and heating modes are within limits; safety valves go unchecked; paper records cannot satisfy traceability or audits; and recipes drift as models multiply.
Capability
Bench tests functions, electrics, gas, water and energy consumption of vertical combi boilers before shipment, integrating water, gas, compressed-air and diesel circuits. Flow: SN scan binds the unit, the model recipe loads, water/gas/electric safety valves are checked (test inhibited until open), inlet pressure and flow are displayed, gas is regulated with primary pressure shown and a U-tube gauge for calibration, then power and gas consumption are tested in hot-water and heating modes; OK lights green and uploads to MES, NG flashes red with buzzer and locks the next step; data is stored locally and uploaded via RS485. DC12V or adjustable AC110/230V supply, design power above 5kW; pass windows and test start/stop times settable with timing error below 0.5s; multi-model recipes admin-only; tri-colour alarm linked to results; primary gas pressure 0-10kPa and secondary 0-5kPa class 1; inlet 0-500kPa with 0.1-10L/min flow meter; gas-flow accuracy 1%FS; Mitsubishi FX5U PLC, Weinview HMI, Schneider electrics, AirTAC pneumatics.
