The problem
Rollers get stiff, jump the track or squeal within months and every complaint lands on the door maker; a few hundred manual pushes prove nothing with uncontrolled counts and forces; heavy glass doors may deform rollers that nobody detected before delivery.
Capability
The machine endurance-tests rollers on finished sliding doors (furniture doors, shower room doors). The finished door is connected to the machine which opens and closes it repeatedly, simulating daily use; after a set number of cycles the roller is inspected for damage or degradation. Speed 0-10 cycles/min; cylinder bore 50mm with 1200mm stroke; load sensor 0-100kg; PLC with HMI; pneumatic drive from 0.5MPa air; single station; 80x80mm industrial aluminium frame rated 60-180kg; counter 0-99999; door leaf up to about 2600mm high and 1200mm wide; door weight 40-60kg normal, 180kg limit; frame 2700x960x2400mm; 220V 50Hz 0.5kW.
