The problem
Slow drainage and leaking seams are only found after installation at the customer home; enclosure structure strength is never verified before delivery; damp-heat ageing is assumed rather than tested; and sand-bag impact done by hand is neither consistent nor repeatable.
Capability
The machine covers drainage performance, sealing performance and enclosure structure strength tests of shower rooms, plus whole-room damp-heat tests and sand-bag impact tests. Industrial aluminium profile frame with test space 3740x1660x3500mm fits a complete shower room. PLC-based control drives solenoid valves and inverters; analogue I/O modules acquire pressure-sensor data in real time for the touch screen. Impact uses one 15kg and one 50kg sand bag; a motor-driven pulley sets the drop height 0-2.0m, a manual winch lifts the bag and a controlled clamping cylinder releases the impact; impact position adjustable 0-1.0m left/right and 0-0.5m front/rear. Damp-heat temperature display ambient to 100 degrees C with 0.1-degree accuracy. Air supply above 0.5MPa, AC220V 15A.
