Connector endurance runs of tens of thousands of cycles cannot be done by hand with consistent force, speed and stroke; insertion-force attenuation has no curve evidence and disputes follow; single-station machines queue one sample at a time; and dynamic contact impedance during cycling is beyond ordinary machines.
