The problem
Manual endurance testing of storage water heaters is slow and unsafe; pressure drift ruins batch data and test records are incomplete. The NL-RSQ-4 runs 4 stations in parallel with automatic cycle counting and sound-light alarm.

4 vertical wall-mounted stations (2 pairs), horizontal/vertical universal (vertical dia<=40cm, length<=120cm), 150kg load per station; tap-water circulation >0.4MPa; each station with pressure gauge (cl.0.5, 0.02MPa division, 1.0MPa), rotameter (0.2L/min division, 20L/min), 0.5-class ammeter (15A) & voltmeter (300V), 16A universal-purpose socket (UL/GS/BS) and compressed-air line; cycle count, working time, on-off time settable; grounding, independent leakage protection per station, waterproof electric control; Mitsubishi PLC + Weinview HMI; 15kW total (voltage regulator by buyer); approx. 2400x8600x2000mm.
