干燥机 Drying Machine
干燥料斗是用来去除塑料原料中的湿气的。如果塑料原料未经干燥就送进注塑机的话，含在原料中的湿气在原料溶解后会变成气泡。注塑后气泡会出现在瓶胚的表面，增加了瓶胚的报废率，从而造成最终生产的损失。所以在注塑之前先除湿是非常必要的，PET原料在注塑之前一定要在干燥料斗中用175℃的高温加热干燥5到6个小时。干燥后，生产出的瓶胚不会有水泡以及较好的表面效果。在料斗中除湿还有一个好处就是减少了原料从中心干燥器运送到机器料斗的过程中被污染的可能性。
